MABOLO,CEBU CITY ? Margarito Moya, who fought as Moya M. Singwangcha, prevailed over a feisty and bloodied Rogen Flores in the main event of a fight card held Sunday at the Wilfredo Cabalse Sports Complex in Mabolo.

Moya, who was the taller of the two southpaws, engaged Flores up close and hurt his opponent with well placed hooks to the body. Flores was on the verge of being down but decided to fire back at the end of the second round.

Flores downed by a low blow
In the third, a low blow hurt Flores which led to mandatory a five minute break for him to recover. Flores charged at Moya when he got up but finished the round with blood oozing from a cut on his left eyebrow.

In the fourth round, Moya used his length to jab from a distance and Flores? cut got bigger. At the end of the round, Flores walked to Moya?s corner and signaled Referee Tony Pesons his capitulation.

Thai promoter and boxing patron Naris Singwangcha gave additional cash incentives to the winners by stoppage in the boxing promotion billed as BLOW BY BLOW IN MABOLO.

In the main supporting bout, Sabalde A. Singwangcha (Anthony Sabalde) needed only 28 seconds to dispose of Marvin Tampus.
Tampus was dropped by a one-two combo to the body prompting referee Teddy Alivio to stop the bout.

Canoy J. Singwangcha (Joey Canoy) used his superior speed to beat Fabio Marfa by TKO in the fourth round. The southpaw Canoy piled up the points with his rapid fire combinations and swift counter right hook.

Marfa developed a hematoma on his left cheek and turned his back when he absorbed a series of body shots. Referee Tony Pesons stopped it at the 1:49 mark.

Joaquino E. Singwangcha (Elias Joaquino) stopped Marlon Talili also with a liver shot at 1:21 of round one.

In the opening pro bout, Ian Refuela had a successful pro debut by TKO in the third round against Rolien Getalada.
Refuela knocked down Getalada in round three and referee Teddy Alivio stopped the fight at the 30 second mark sensing that Getalada would be unable to get up.
