WEIGHTS FROM LAPULAPU CITY: VILLANUEVA - 115 LBS, MENDEZ - 115 LBS (PHOTOS)

LAPULAPU CITY, CEBU -- King Arthur Villanueva had to be in his birthday suit before he was able to make the 115 lb limit during the official weighin held at the Gaisano Capital in Mactan this afternoon ahead of his WBC international super flyweight championship fight against Victor 'Spock' Mendez of Mexico in the main event of 'Pinoy Pride 34 -- Back with a Vengeance' card tomorrow night at the Hoops Dome here.

Villanueva weighed half a pound over the limit in his first try before he took out all his clothes to get the required weight. Mendez stepped the scales at 115 lbs in his first try.

In the co-feature bout, Milan Melindo came in at 113.75 lbs while his opponent Victor Emmanuel Olivo of Mexico weighed in at 113 lbs for their 10-round junior flyweight bout.
