SHANGHAI, CHINA ? The fiery action inside the Mixing Room was in sharp contrast with the chilly breeze and hazy sky covering Shanghai. The first of a back to back weekday fight card had enough abbreviated bouts to capture the fans? attention.

The show was opened by Yang Mingyao prevailing by unanimous decision over Zhou Doudou in their lightweight contest.

(Judges Yang Hong, Feng Yaocheng and Surat Soikrachang all scored it 39-37)

Welterweight Abulimiti Tuersunniyazi stopped a fading Zhao Fei in the second round due accumulation of hard punches. Referee Han Hongxiang stopped the bout at the 2:45 mark.

Chen Xiaolong won by unanimous decision over Xu Qinhzhen in another lightweight match.

(Scores ? Mekin Sumon ? 40-36, Yang Hong ? 40-36, Feng Yaocheng ? 39-37)

Supermiddleweight Yilixiati Ainiwaer hurt Teng Jiawei with a series of body punches prompting Referee Mekin Sumon to call a halt to the bout at 1:05 of the opening round.

Cheng Bingbing punched a shutout against Cao Xiang in their featherweight match.

Lightweight Yang Xiaolong sent Zhang Xianhai to the canvas in the third round. Zhang stood up on wobbly legs and Referee Surat Soikrachang signaled the end at the 56 second mark.

In a bruising supermiddleweight battle, Zhu Yijun had Maheshati Bolatihan reeling in the second round and finished the job in the third round when he pinned Maheshati on the ropes and landed a brutal volley which made Referee Surat Soikrachang stop the fight. Time 1:00.

Wang Yingang beat Fan Qisong by majority decision in their featherweight match.

In a rough and tumble welterweight battle, Ning Xinbo sent Wang Xuanbei down twice in the fourth and final round. Referee Han Hongxiang stopped it at the 2:32 mark.

The evening was capped by Dong Chaoqun winning a unanimous verdict over Xue Yilong in another super middleweight bout.

The League of Fists will have another fight card at the Mercedes Benz Arena?s Mixing Room on November 18 Wednesday. The fights were officiated by the Professional Boxing Commission (PBC) of China.
