ALA PROMOTIONS - AN EPITOMY OF FAIRNESS AND HONESTY

For their very first venture in boxing in the USA, ALA Promotions International is leaving no stones unturned.
Even the weigh in scale to be used tomorrow is a high-tech digital unit and brand new at that! Some may say, so ?what?s the big deal, it?s just a scale??
But its important. The fighters are fighting under specific weights. Some scales tend to be inaccurate when they register the lower weights, particularly if they are the old and over-used mechanical types.
ALA International is assuring that there will never be a hint of being unfair nor being dishonest. This of course is a far cry from what I have personally seen in other places, other countries specifically where the weigh-in scale is a suspect. On top of that, many times I have seen the scale placed in a not so stable surface allowing some shenanigans in the weigh-in.
But for tomorrow?s weigh-in for the fight card dubbed as 'Pinoy Pride 33 ? The Philippines vs. the World', nothing of that sort will be happening.
Guaranteed!
For one, the California State Athletic Commission is not going to allow any of that to happen.
Never!
That is why they are the best-ever boxing regulatory body in the country!
Then, the ALA Promotions International made sure of the same. The staff went all out searching for a digital scale that will assure that the weigh-in tomorrow at the Carson Civic Center will come up above board. It will fair for everyone who are concerned.
But the task at looking for the right scale was not so easy given the fact that a specific type of a weigh scale was required and on a limited amount of time. But reaching out to the proper connections did the trick. The unit was delivered in time for the official weigh-in tomorrow.
Now it?s up to the fighters to do their thing and assure that they are within the correct limits for their fights because the new digital scale will record every ounce of weight that fighters will present.
No plus or minus.
