ALL SET FOR CHAMPIONS OF THE FUTURE II AT CPDRC OCT. 4

CEBU CITY ? Professional boxing action returns to the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) this Sunday with a ten round main event between former WBO Asia-Pacific Youth titlist Magos R. Singwangcha (Romnick Magos) and Ryan Tampus.

Tampus easily made 115 lbs while Magos had to sweat off a pound before making the contracted superflyweight limit.

This will be the second fight card held this year inside Cebu?s most famous prison known worldwide on youtube for the dancing inmates.

For the undercards, Joaquino E. Singwangcha (Elias Joaquino) stepped on the scales at 110 lbs while Jonathan Ricablanca was at 109 ? lbs for their eight rounder.

Stella J Singwangcha (Jeffrey Stella) and Jamesbert Abanes both weighed 117lbs for their 4 round tussle, Rimon Rama (112lbs) vs Erbert Donato (108lbs) ? 4 rounds, Mark Rotilles (114 1/2lbs) vs Jenebal Peregrino (114 1/2 lbs) ? 4 rounds.

The weigh-in was held Saturday noon at the GAB-Cebu office supervised by Celso Miranda and Glenn Agena.

The bout between Junriel Jimenez and Jimboy Sabado has been cancelled.

Fans will also get to see amateur contests featuring Marte Narte and Jorge Salugaol of the CPDRC SUPERMAX BOXING TEAM against their respective opponents from the PHIL-AUST BOXING CLUB, Lenmar Precollas and Jemar Habierto.

This event in Baranggay Kalunasan is made possible thru the efforts of Mr. Marco Toral and sponsors Kumander Jun Noel, bc 45, Lito Granada, Arman Tipontipon,Victor Diolan and Robert Emeterio, together with Wakee Salud and Naris Singwangcha Sports Promotions. Fights start at 7PM.
