
WEIGHTS FROM GENSAN: DEMECILLO - 114 LBS., BASADRE - 115 LBS

GENERAL SANTOS -- Iligan City's Kenny Demecillo stepped the scales at 114 lbs while local resident via Cagayan de Oro City Daryl Basadre came in at 115 lbs during the official weighin Friday afternoon at the Gensan Gaisano Mall in the two boxers' highly anticipated rematch after their first match three months ago ended in a controversial fashion. The Demecillo vs Basadre rematch is for the WBF Asia-Pacific Bantamweight title scheduled for 10 rounds Saturday night at the Gaisano Mall dubbed as 'Brawl at the Mall: Revenge or Revalidation' promoted by JC Manangquil's Sanman Promotions.

In the main supporting bout, undefeated John Vincent 'Mulawin' Moralde (13-0-0, 7KO) of Davao City weighed in at 123 lbs who will go up against Jerry Castroverde (6-1-0, 3KO) of Cebu City who came in at 125 lbs in a 10-round featherweight contest.

The other support bout is between undefeated Rimar Metuda (7-0-0, 3KO) of Camiguin who weighed in at 126 lbs and Jason Tinampay (6-1-0 KO) of Bohol for the 10-round WBF Asia Pacific Featherweighin championship.
