
SHUMENOV-FLORES UNDERCARD RESULTS: MARRERO STOPS RAMOS; TABITI, HUNTER WIN

LAS VEGAS -- At the Pearl Theater of the Palms Casino & Resort Saturday night, the undercard of the Beibut Shumenov vs BJ Flores main event got underway with the following results:
4th fight: Underdog Claudio Marrero of Dominican Republic 18-1-0, 14KO knocked out Rico Ramos of LA 24-5-0, 12KO at 22 seconds of the third round (top photo).
Third fight: Andrew Tabiti of Chicago 11-0-0,10KO won by unanimous decision over Roberto Santos of Tamaulipas, MX 12-2-0, 5KO. Scores all 80-72 for Tabiti.
2nd fight of night: Michael Hunter of Las Vegas stays undefeated 9-0-0, 5K0 by stopping Michael Bissett of Tampa, FL 9-8-0, 7KO. Referee Jay Nady waves of fight at 1:11 of round 1 due to numerous unanswered punches.
In the opening bout, Landarius Miller of Memphis, TN keeps his clean record to 8-0-0, 1KO with a unanimous decision win over Kevin Womack of Baltimore, MD, 7-6-3, 5KO. Judges' scores are all 59-55 in favor of Miller.
