Showbiz personalities from all around the world have reserved tickets for VIP seats at the MGM Grand for the May 2 fight of the century between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr.
And many of them, even the Americans, are cheering for the Filipino boxing hero.
Leading Pacquiao?s Hollywood supporters is singer, songwriter, and actress Beyonce. A self-described ?modern-day feminist,? Beyonce actually is not a fan of the sport boxing, but is rooting for Pacquiao who she believes is a loving son, husband, and father. Another lady who believes the Pacman is the deserving champion, is socialite, television personality, model, actress and singer Paris Hilton, who had personal encounters and business ventures with Manny and wife Jinky when she visited the Philippines.
Actor, film producer, screenwriter, film director, martial artist, musician, reserve deputy sheriff and entrepreneur Steven Seagal, who is a 7th-dan black belt in Aikido and an Aikido instructor in Japan, is 100% sure that the Filipino icon will be victorious.
Jim Cavizel, Mark Wahlberg, Will Ferrell, and Kevin Hart all agree that Pacquiao?s speed will overwhelm Mayweather.
Harry Potter himself Daniel Radcliffe and Jeremy Piven of The Entourage, as well as actorand host Tim Abell and actor and model Pooch Hall, are confident that the Pacman will be the winner.
Certified instructor of Filipino Combat Systems and the only IFBB Pro representing the Philippines via the Philippine League of Bodybuilding and Fitness, Gemmalyn Crosby, is of course rooting for her kababayan, the Pambansang Kamao.
Jaime Luis G?mez, known as Taboo of the group The Black Eyed Peas which also includes Filipino Apl D? Ap, is also cheering for the Pacman.
