
PINOY PRIDE 29 COMPLETE LINE-UP

Five foreign boxers take center stage when ?PINOY PRIDE? makes a highly anticipated return to Davao City on February 7. Cesar ?El Dolar? Chavez (23W-7L,11KO's) of Mexico will challenge Jason ?El Ni?o? Pagara (34W-2L,21KO's) of the ALA Gym for the WBO International junior welterweight title in the twelve round main event.
Chavez is expected to arrive in Davao on Monday together with another Mexican boxer Julio Cesar ?Pingo? Miranda and their respective cornermen.
Miranda, a former WBO flyweight world champion, will face another ALA boxer, ?King? Arthur Villanueva (26W-0L,14KO?s) in a ten round non-title contest. Miranda (38-11-2,29KO?s) is familiar to Filipino boxers having beaten Richie Mepranum and Ardin Diale and lost to Brian Viloria and Rodel Mayol.
The supporting main event will have another Mexican boxer, Juan Luis ?Perla Negra? Hernandez (17-3-1,9KO's), who will challenge Genesis ?Azukal? Servania (25-0,11KO's) of the ALA Gym for the WBO Intercontinental junior featherweight title.
Hernandez is scheduled to arrive in Davao on Tuesday.
Prospect on the rise Mark ?Magnifico? Magsayo (9-0,7KO?s) will fight a Thailander, Sukkasem Kietyongyuth (13-3,8KO?s) while Arjan ?Spartan? Canillas will be pitted against an Indonesian, Stevi Ongen Ferdinandus.
The 21 year old Canillas (9W-0L-2D,7KO?s) will be facing his first foreign opponent.The 34 year old Ferdinandus (15-7-1,8KO?s)lost to a former ALA Boxer, Czar Amonsot, in 2013 by 10th round TKO in a PABA junior welterweight title bout in Australia.
Three all-Pinoy match-ups round up the undercards ? Vic Saludar vs Lester John Prongco (8rounds), Rafael Sueno vs Arnold Garde (6 rounds) and Brian ?Buhawi? Lobitania vs Armando Yee (6 rounds).
ALA promotions had updated philboxing that the Filipino boxers will continue with their tour of the local radio stations to promote the fight card and will have a public workout in SM City Davao on January 31. The foreign boxers will have a workout at the same venue on February 4.
The 29th edition of Pinoy Pride will be held at the USeP Gym Feb.7. Fights start at 6PM.
