MAYWEATHER-PACQUIAO: A MUST-SEE ?BONIFACIO? FIGHT

Mere talkers don?t think when they talk.

For what good reason are they in the sport? Talk about muddling issues or aggravating problems, some scribes and pundits are undisputedly experts at it. They are anathema to hope and solutions. What can we expect from a serious talk among kids who squabble for chocolates and cookies?

Here?s the pill: Media and the people will have to mediate and take part this time in the negotiations to make the ?Mayweather vs. Pacquiao? happen if indeed they want it to happen. Whoever wouldn?t assert his right to do so (with correct mindset) would do well to keep his silence. But those who would participate while hiding bones in their pockets must be shunned. And to poets whose sonnets ring hollow and purposeless, talk no more.
Heavyweight giant Lennox Lewis made sense when he said, ?Stop the madness and make it happen. If we could make Lewis-Tyson with HBO and Showtime, they can get it together for Mayweather-Pacquiao and make history again.?

In my next piece, I shall endeavor to enumerate the terms and conditions for the fight which conditions will tell everyone whose camp between that of Pacquiao and Mayweather is sincere and which one is just putting up a show in the on-going ?negotiations? to escape massive protest and fury when it exclusively produces a ?fight? apart from the Super Fight.
Meanwhile, words are lost to describe the magnitude of BONIFACIO?S impact and impartation of positive learning upon those who have already been privileged to watch it.

BONIFACIO, the movie, makes the people freshly aware of the need for heroism to fight for their freedom from invaders and tyrants in a way like the novels of Jose Rizal did to the Katipuneros. We are being made to see like never before by a film how vested interests and power-hungry, corrupt politicians can so destroy all of us as a people and one nation.

BONIFACIO is a must-see film for every Filipino, greatly inspiring. From start to finish there is quality in the movie. It has an excellent script, art and directorial job, a masterpiece in every way.

I?m glad I prevailed over my children to watch BONIFACIO with me and their mother last Tuesday. We left the cold theater astounded and happy. No one in the family fell asleep while watching. But for those who have yet to see the movie, be prepared to be awakened while awake.

Be brave.
